Its hit or miss here. I've had great experiences but they way these ppl have treated my brother when he has had to visit 3 times to fix a single warranty issue to be told again today to come back a month later. Totally unprofessional. You guys have got to get it together this is MERCADES not FORD. We expect nothing but the best and you all are extremely inconsistent. Get it together.
