Visiting Lancaster from NJ with my family, and our Winnibago Sprinter unexpectedly started going into a DEF fault shutdown countdown mode. Scheduled an emergency appointment and the Lancaster Mercedes team did everything possible to accommodate my family. They didn't have a loaner vehicle on premises so the manager drove to another Mercedes dealership to pick-up one up for us to use during the repair. They saved our Lancaster vacation!
