Bought a new Honda Accord Hybrid. Salesman was helpful without being pushy. Nice overview of the car's features before we drove the car off the lot, but there are always questions you think of afterwards. Waiting on appt. for last protective coating to be applied and then we should be good to go. Wish they would have explained Honda Link a little better while we were there.

Stopped in to get an idea what the trade-in value would be on my 2018 CR-V touring, and walked out with a deal on a new 2020 CR-V Touring @ 1 hour later.
I had a small fender bender, and was debating whether to get it fixed or trade it in. CR-Vs are great at holding their value. Even with the damage, I got a great trade in offer. This, plus a nice discount on the MSRP and 1.9% financing, offered me the chance to purchase a new vehicle with no extra money down and a lower car payment.
I love not playing the "negotiation" game. Did some research up front and am very comfortable that I got a good deal, with their first offer.
Picked up my new CR-V a few days later. Everything was accomplished in a timely manner. Had all paperwork, vehicle review, and personal set up accomplished in a little over an hour. Extras were offered, but there was no push to purchase, after I declined.

As I do any time I m going to purchase a vehicle, I did a bunch of research ahead of time. Narrowed down the search to a couple vehicles and found where what I was looking for was located. This time it took me to Rahal Honda.
As always, the car buying requires patience and a full smartphone battery. I met Brian Hurley in the showroom after taking a look around the lot, confirming the vehicle I wanted was still there. He was very warm and engaging and he brought the vehicle around so I could take it for a spin.
Back at the dealership after a short test drive, he asked me simply, with zero pressure, what I would like to do next. I said I wanted to see if we could put a deal together. So we started the process. I came in prepared with a set of parameters that I wanted to work within. I wasn t exactly sure how it would go, as I needed to get out from under the vehicle I was currently driving. Trade value and what I owed were close, but my car had a lot of mileage.
After looking at what I wanted to achieve, Brian left to talk to his people and came back shortly with numbers I was quite happy to work with. From there, it just took some time to get all the paperwork together and then get it signed.
Everyone I dealt with at Rahal was truly as nice as they could be. I would most certainly recommend Rahal Honda and Brian Hurley if you re looking for a car. They have a very nice selection, clean and safe showroom/business area and never for a second did I feel any pressure on anything, whether it was the car itself or the packages presented at the time of signing for things like gap insurance and extended warranties. They explain things very well, answer questions when needed and are there to help you along the way. I am truly impressed and thankful for the experience I had at Rahal Honda.
DID NOT do anything that was told to me! Had my car for hours only looked at it for "1 hour" (it was NOT a full hour).. Waited until I asked them for status update to say they might need it longer and into the next day despite already having it for 3 hours so far.. Claimed they needed more time with it to figure out the problem (should have been easy for them considering its a Honda! And I later found out the problem after only 15 minutes with a mechanic)... Finally just told them no I'm coming for my car. then when I get there I'm told they washed and vacuumed the car which THEY DID NOT DO EITHER!!!! I paid $80 for them to waste my time and d**k me around and they couldn't even wash/vacuum my car like they said they did. Never again!!
Everyone at Bobby Rahal is wonderful, they make you feel you are apart of a family. PJ worked with us and was incredible! He has the best personality and never made you feel pressured to make any decision. He was very thorough and took extra time to make sure we had all of our questions answered. The best car buying experience I've ever had and at 74 I've had a lot of them. The salesman was excellent. We had been in touch prior to coming to the dealership and, based on those conversations, he had an Accord waiting for us to look at. He answered all our questions effortlessly, the price fit my budget and we ended up leasing that car. The other people we met who were involved in the process, the credit, document prep, and tech folks all were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. This is our first Bobby Rahal Honda and it won't be our last.

The staff was very friendly, kind and courteous, the work was not so great. I had taken my 2008 Dodge Ram in for a complete "buff ,polish and wax" $217.00 later was very disappointed. The Manager did compensate some monies back from the original bill but I would sooner have had better job done. He did offer to keep my truck an additional day but it didn't work into my schedule. My feeling was that it should have been done correctly the first time. In conclusion I really got a $100.00 wash and wax for $217.00. Expensive learning curves, lol. Thank you

I have been having my 1997 Honda Accord serviced at Bobby Rahal Honda since 2001 and have always received excellent service. Repairs have been performed correctly and have only had to return once for an issue that needed to be resolved. I wish that every place I did business with was as good as Bobby Rahal Honda.

Took our Accord to Rahal for a wheel bearing. It ended up needing more, and they provided a loaner. Service was exquisite!! Reasonable priced too - and Dealers "get it right" - worth every penny. Great customer service. The representatives are friendly and helpful. I am from the Philadelphia area and I got tired of the poor service with the Honda dealers in that area give. One even charge me for services not rendered and refused to refund the money. I came out the Harrisburg to visit somebody and I had to get my car fixed at a dealer. My friend uses the Toyota dealer from the same company (s)he likes the company, so thought I give it a try. I was very satisfied with the way I was treated & how they took care of my car's needs.
We were buying this car for our daughter. PJ our salesman spoke directly to her and made her feel like she mattered. She will measure every car transaction she has throughout her life by the gold standard PJ set for her. No doubt she is a Honda fan for life.

I can only comment on the service department at Bobby Rahal Honda because we purchased our 1993 Honda Accord as a used car from my parents-in-law. We purchased it with about 150,000 miles on it. Now with over 300,000 miles, it is still running strong. I attribute this to the excellent care it has received at Bobby Rahal Honda. We have always been treated with respect; given complete, honest answers to our questions; and received excellent repairs and service to our Honda. Our next car will be a Honda, and we will purchase it at Bobby Rahal Honda, but who knows when that will be? Our Accord may very well pass half a million miles before we're ready to trade it in.

My mom just bought her 2016 Honda CR-V here. We went in at 4:45 on a Saturday evening (they close at 5), and they were very helpful in showing us the vehicle and letting us check it out right before they closed. We were there til past 5, though, and they didn't try to push us out so they could leave. Our salesman was Brian, and he was so nice and helpful!

I had to buy a car urgently since my and my siblings schedules were not working out so we couldn't commute and I will not have a car to drive to internship or college. I met and talk to Tom Dabich who provides all the information from comparing prices on the different cars to giving multiple options on how to do payments on the car and the warranties. He also made time to meet with my dad outside of his schedule since my dad had to take a trip to NJ. I ended up buying a honda civic 2020. Would highly recommend going to him.
Best car buying experience of my 71 year life. Good price no run around, fair trade in price Tim our salesman that knew all about our choice of car. The final paper work guy was efficient and did not try to jam additional warranty stuff on us. Our simple no was all it took. No dealer sticker on our new paint just a license plate frame that said Rahal. Very nice experience all around.
Bobby Rahal and his team are by far the best we have ever purchased from. We have purchased from their Lexus, Honda and Toyota dealers. They have always treated us like family and never any pressure. BTW....we live within 10 minutes of another Honda, Toyota dealer and we would rather drive the hour to Rahal's dealers then have to deal with the pressure sales. Bought a used Honda and it was slipping every time I made a left turn, so were I bought it told me to take it to Bobby Regal Honda. I made the appointment they got it in to suit my schedule did find the problem and fixed it. When they took me to my car I was surprised to see that they had washed it and swept it out, what great customer service. I must also say the waiting area is state of the art. I loved it.
Our salesperson, Sarah, was very knowledgeable and thorough as we're their whole staff. Going there was a breath of fresh air compared to our previous car dealership experience. Rahal has great programs for service as well!
New or newer updated maintenance facility. With very friendly waiting area and free coffee tea cocoa etc items. Staff have a pretty well organized way of utilizing their employees and getting vehicles in and out. Not too bad for a vehicle service department.
