Scheduled an appointment for a key to be programmed and nav to be updated if time permitted. Showed up 750am for an 8am appointment to see the advisor that was assigned to us. takes the keys and then tells us could be up to 2 hrs to update the nav... scratch the nav. We would like to just get our key programmed... however an Open campaign to fix another issue is all he wanted to talk about... 1 hour 15 minute ride to find out there is no key at the dealer and it is special order item. 7 days before the scheduled date nothing was ordered... per the receptionist they had parts and first appointment Monday morning we are at a loss and will leave with nothing being solved.
