I want to thank you for the exceptional service and fantastic experience my daughter and I had while purchasing the 2017 Volkswagen Beetle. Alexandria informed me that you came in on your day off to deliver the car to us - thank you! (Upon learning that, I felt terrible.)
You may have heard the tire warning lights illuminated right before we reached the Bird-In-Hand Farmer's Market, so we turned around to have it looked at. Someone brought the car to the back immediately and took care of the issue. While it was an inconvenience, I appreciated the quick service and attention.
Everything about the experience at Mercedes Benz of Lancaster was exceptional! Including the chocolate!!
Thank you again. It was nice for my inexperienced daughter to have a pleasant car-buying experience. If we are in the market again for another vehicle, I would not hesitate to drive the ninety minutes to the dealership. I wish you the best!
