I will always buy from Janice Chalfont I am a 5 time buyer. Customer service is superior. At Mercedes Lancaster. Dropping off for service is like an Indy pit stop I am always treated so well and I never have to wait. Recently, I returned to my home after quarantine. I had 2 cars needing inspection and service. 3 months out of date. I also locked my keys in the car. Janice came with a loaner, came with a technician, took my car in for service, returned my car and picked up the loaner...and returned my second car as well! What can I say other than Janice and Mercedes Lancaster has earned my lifetime loyalty
