I will not be going back to this dealership unless I absolutely have to. Every staff member I encountered was extremely cold, snooty, and overall unfriendly. The building itself is pretty, but you walk in and there is no one there to help you?? They are overpriced, even for Mercedes. They did get the work done in a relatively timely manner, so that's why they received two stars. Just don't waste your time or money and get your car work done elsewhere.
