Went to Lou Fusz to get a quote on a new 4Runner. We were shown a new truck and given a quote on the price. After visiting another dealer we learned that the vehicle was involved in a hail damage claim. When I texted the salesman back to confirm this, he told me that it was involved with the claim and that he would further lower the price! Would have been nice to know this initially on what I thought was a new car. I d wait a while to purchase a vehicle there until the inventory turns over.

She took extra time to research extended warranty - which I thought I had purchased but had not - and then gave me additional resources I could call just to verify. The service department was quick and responsive, and I feel like they treated me honestly. They should put Mindy in for a raise!

Worst experience with lou Fusz Toyota manchaester branch.They dont care to give appointments for car servicing when its free and only giving preference to paid service .And i regret buying car from this branch as when buying they will be very friendly after that the real face of lou fusz will be revealed. The way they treat customers is absolutely unacceptable.Even car servicing wasnt done properly and they keep us waiting long time. The lady to whom i spoke on phone was not at all helpfull to get the appointment scheduled and suggesting to stop coming to lou fusz which is very much shocking to me and when i asked manager number she responded in the way like no one will help you. I really appreciate the fact that Lou Fusz pre owned car salesmen LISTEN to my stated price range and only showed me cars that fit my budget. We went to another dealership who, after hearing my range, immediately steered me to vehicles that were at least 50% more expensive than my upper range and when I said I couldn't afford them tried to force me into a finance situation I was not interested in and was very uncomfortable with. Gene Gardner had a list of cars, priced already and never once tried to show me anything outside of my budget. One of the cars he steered me to turned out to be the car I bought on Saturday. I can state unequivocally that the whole process was as stress free as possible. Prices were fair, no high pressure to buy something I can't afford. I will definitely shop here again and will recommend to anyone looking for a decent pre owned vehicle. Thank you!

I enjoy this location. We purchased a car here a year or so ago and the staff, location, and feel are all very inviting. I do mainly my maintenance here now, oil changes. Pricing aside (since certified locations may be generally be higher) the people are great. Warren is a great customer service rep, very humble and down to Earth seeming kind of guy. Be sure to make an appointment, but they are fairly fast and accommodating given my experiences compared to other shops!

I ordered a vehicle from another dealer who offered a very good price on the new vehicle but a very low price on my trade. Before the new car came in, I obtained a guaranteed cash offer on my trade from Lou Fusz Toyota through the Kelly Blue Book website. I just "knew" this was not going to work out, that someone would find something they could blow out of proportion to excuse why they could not meet the guaranteed offer, or it would be a gimmick to get me into the dealership with the intent of selling me a different car than the one I had ordered elsewhere. Instead, I found Robert Youngclaus who treated me with respect and professionalism. Within an hour Lou Fusz purchased my car for $1,000 more than I had been offered on a trade at two other dealerships! I didn't have to hassle with trying to list my car online, field numerous curiosity calls or change my schedule to show the car on the spur of the moment to a potential buyer. This was easy! If you need to sell your car, I would highly recommend that you contact Robert Youngclaus and Lou Fusz Toyota for a good offer on your used car. Next time, I'll probably contact them first to purchase a new car!

I had been out car shopping for a couple of weeks and was feeling very frustrated. On a referral from Ron Hurst, my husband and I stopped in to Lou Fusz Toyoto where we were greeted by one of the nicest, most knowledgeable sales people we had ever met, Gene Gardner. We started out on the "used car" side where Gene answered all of my questions about a 2011 Rav 4 Limited and a Highlander that had caught my eye as well. After driving both of the vehicles, I was still undecided on what I really wanted. I started asking about the 2014 Rav 4's, in which Gene did some research for me. He ultimately walked across the street and brought back a 2014 for me to test drive. When I returned, I knew I had found what I was looking for. Gene walked us across the street where we met sales manager, Tom Capstick who helped work out the details. While we were sitting there, Christine from Allstate Insurance ask if she could quote us a price for our vehicles, which may I say, cut our insurance in HALF, and bing, bang, boom, it was done. Seriously, it was the best car buying experience we had ever had. By the time we left that evening, I felt like we had made many new friends! We will be referring many people to them. Thanks you again Lou Fusz Toyoto!!

First, let me tell you that my husband is one of the hardest people that any poor sales associate will have to deal with. He has literally yelled, tossed and walked out mid-transaction just because he didn't like the way someone was looking at him.

That being said, I received a phone call from him while working with Dominic that will probably never be repeated.. "I found us a car. This guy Dominic is great. And I haven't even gotten angry once!" I was utterly shocked.

Dominic was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and was very willing to work with our strict criteria. He went above and beyond to make sure we knew that we were not only getting the vehicle we wanted, but that he was going to make sure it stayed that way.

We will definitely be shopping here again and I would 100% recommend anyone and everyone to go see Domonic Buscher at Lou Fusz Toyota.

Lou Fusz was great to work with. Scott Christensen, our salesperson, and Patrick went above and beyond to help us learn the options in the vehicle. In addition, Scott was genuinely sincere throughout the process and wast trying to sell us unnecessary features, nor was he pushy as some experiences with car salesmen can be. Scott helped us locate the SUV that met our specifications exactly. The Lou Fusz team was able to make the vehicle fit within our budget as well which always helps. Just purchased my second Toyota Highlander from Fuse Toyota and what a pleasant experience. Jim "Bones" Donohue was my Sales Consultant who I bought my first car through. I told him what vehicle I wanted; he had several to show me all very nice. I test drove the one I liked Jim did all of the the front end stuff introduce me the the financial manger who answered all my questions and concerns about payments and the GAP. I am very pleased with my experience at Fuse Toyoto and highly recommend the dealership for it's timely sales and service.

He was extremely patient and knowledgeable; he helped me find the right car, showed me what the new features of RAV4 , and taught me how to use every function in the car. I was in the market for an Audi, stopped into look at the Avalon Hybrid and almost bought one, but didn't like the color combinations Toyota offered in their 2014 line. The car always comes back with a different setting. Maybe that is good, because I am learning to deal with it.

You know Pat, from your last name it is easy to see that you have a vested interest in Lou Fusz Toyota. I've been a Toyota fan since 1988 when my brother bought his first new vehicle (precursor) in the Toyota Tacoma. We drove the piss out of that truck 4-wheeling, dirt bike riding, playing in bands, playing hockey all across STL and normal general family hauling. It was a sad event when my brother put that truck down. Like the passing of a family pet. The engine and everything mechanical worked like the day it came off the show room floor. The doors still had the new car sound when you pushed them closed effortlessly with a soft pat of the hand. My brother's tort was that he got "200,000 plus miles out of her, what more could you ask?" My first new owned was a 93 Corolla. I got 225,000 and put two kids through college in it. When the Tundra came out, I knew I had to have one. I bought my friend's 2002 with a couple of years on it and still have it and use for utility use around the house at 180,000 miles. This Tundra now, hmmm its over the top. I've never had anything so nice. Long story short, you bought into the right make (or born in the right family) to dealer. I purchased the extended maintenance on it because I know this will be the last vehicle I will purchase till I retire (15 years or so) and would like these years to be the smoothest.
I live in Illinois and purchased the Corolla here back in the day. I've gone to a pocket of different transactions with my local dealer and can't think of one that was a positive experience. I've rode over to your dealership a couple of times in the past to get parts. In and out without a hitch. So down dirty, I'm glad I made the switch and drive over. I can't tell you there's been one single employee that hasn't treated me like royalty, down to the receptionist. I can't remember my Service advisor's name (Mike Wolz) they all blend-in together as a tag team service assembly line. If this helps keep or produce this environment, then sure I'll do what I can. Whatever it is, keep doing it and tell the rest of the folks there, job well done. They deserve it.

This was our first visit to Lou Fusz and interaction with Jim Donohue. The experience was very positive and the staff was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Jim made sure he explained the features and differences between the models. Although we did not complete a transaction we significantly narrowed our selection of vehicle and dealers. Toyota, Jim Donohue and Fusz are certainly on the short list and we hope to make a decision over the next several weeks.

I was assisted by Mark Kleve who wasn't pushy at all and was very eager to help at every turn. Although I've had a few minor issues with the vehicle, they've stood by the product and have taken care of everything and been eager to assist! Best car buying experience I ve ever had! I love my new Volkswagen Jetta and I am thoroughly impressed with the team of people that I dealt with from start to finish. I initially spoke to the manager, Jeff Strum, about the car on Wednesday and he was super nice and gladly & quickly answered all my questions. I told him I was serious about the car but couldn t make it into the dealership until Friday which he said he wouldn t be there, but held the car for me & set me up an appointment with Mark Kleve. Who was also awesome! Mark went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable from the time I walked in to the dealership to the time I drove off in my car! It was overall a great experience. Everyone I met was laid back, friendly & very welcoming. I was never once pressured (which is very important to me as a buyer!) And lastly, but not least, as much as I loved the car, it was slightly out of my budget so I made an offer. Jeff approved it & within 10 minutes Mark came and shook my hand & congratulated me on my new car!!

My Satisfaction with the whole experience from A to Z was their number one priority and it showed! Great team of people & excellent customer service. I highly recommend putting them at the top of your dealer list. You won t leave disappointed!! ... They won t let you! They make sure you are comfortable about your decision & over the moon about your new purchase when you leave!

i just bought my new Prius 4 from Lou Fusz and Todd Sterling, the sales rep was AWESOME! I must have driven at least 10 cars, not to mention looking at different mixes of packages and options available over an intense 2 week period before i finally settled on one. Todd and his manager were very patient, did not press me on time or making a decision, were very helpful in evaluating the different models of toyota and cost options. I even took my nephew and niece with me: there is no better test of patience than kids asking questions.

2019 Update: We have since purchased a Hybrid Camry from Lou Fusz. I do a lot of driving for work, and in less than a year have put a ton of miles on it--which means I've visited their service department several times. At the last appointment, Scott made sure to point out that we're going to hit 20,000 miles well before the service light will likely come on. As part of the Toyota Care program, they're not making any money by having me come in any earlier; Scott was genuinely ensuring that I would take the best care of our new car so that it'll last us long as our 2007 Corolla has. I'm continually pleased with the service we get!

2017: We've been going to Lou Fusz to service our Corolla for years, partly due to their rewards program. Although the rewards program is a big selling point for us, I've always had good experiences with their service department. They never try to upsell us, and fixed our brakes for free the one time we got a bad set. Overall, we've been very happy with our experiences here, and they will be our first stop once our 10 year old car bites the dust.

Lou Fusz is usually pretty good about taking care of things. Sometimes they'll take a long time to get you in even after scheduling an appointment. My biggest let down was when they told me I really needed an $89 alignment - when I returned a couple weeks later, they had someone doing digital readings for wheel alignment and...you guessed it, no need for an alignment. They will rip you off if you let them.

I worked with Travis from the service department and he was great! He was fast and efficient with the paperwork regarding my oil change and didn t pressure me into additional services. He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and sent me a detailed report of additional services upon their multipoint inspection. I was able to accept or decline any of the services through the app and even with additional services my vehicle was still ready in just a couple of hours. Travis helped me with the payment process and talked me through all that was done to the vehicle. I ve been to Lou Fusz for both maintenance services and body repair services and they go above and beyond every time!

My 2014 LE has way more features and actually only abut $3000 higher in sticker price! I think it's a great value! Plus, having 70% US content not counting the assembly in Indiana, it's giving work to Americans! I took delivery the same day. The business office was a breeze to go through!

Even though I don't live near Fusz Toyota, I am happy to drive the extra miles in order to have peace of mind when having my car serviced. Over the years I have been helped by the most professional and friendly service advisors that any customer could hope for. On my recent visit, I was helped by Mindy Williams and as usual, I was pleased with the extra effort given in explaining any issue that I had a question about.

All the glowing reviews for this dealership have to be fake. My experience with them was a nightmare-especially with the sales manager Jeff Schrum. When you picture a sleazy used car salesman, he's who you see in your head. A lot was awful on this deal but the worst part was that I took this "Toyota Certified Pre-owned" Rav 4 to my auto mechanic for a pre-sale check and my unbiased mechanic said that the tires had significant dry rot and were unsafe. So, went back to Mr. Schrum and said that I'd need new tires on it. He refused to do this and kept insisting that the tires were fine. So I told him to get someone from his service dept. to come and put in writing that the tires were fine. Of course he refused. So someone out there is driving on unsafe tires. I have since bought a great Rav 4 from a much better dealership.

I went in to buy a car that was listed for $9,000.00, I now own it for the total amount of $15,756.80. I saved up for 3 months and put down $2,000.00. So I still owe a total of $13,756.00 that includes the optional platinum warranty that I purchased for $2,900.00. Which mind you doesnt cover the full car. (The car is worth $9000 and i brought a warranty for almost a 1/3 of the total worth.) My credit score was 636 so that played a part in my finance charge of $3,650.30. So here is the math to prove that I should have just waited and continued to save
$9,000.00 listed price of vehicle
+$3,650.00 finance charge
+$2,900.00 optional warranty
-$2,000.00 money down
+ $2.50 registration fee
+ $5.00 title fee
=$13,757.50

I just found out I saved a $1 somewhere!!!!

Well the sales people are nice and the finance man wasnt pushy.

The rich are getting richer, the poor are getting poorer.

****UPDATE****
I went in and spoke with the finanace manager . Right away he asked what he could do to help me feel better about the situation. I asked him if I could cancel the warranty. He explained how it would impact my loan he then printed out the cancellation paperwork. He told me to stop crying or he would start crying. (Im not very good with conflict and i tbought the process would be a fight.) They are super nice and i definitely will come back. (Hopefully not for a while as i hope this car lasts 10 years lol.)

I had an excellent experience at this Lou Fusz Toyota for the third time now. Our sales rep Jim Donohue provided me with an exceptional no BS experience. I arrived at our set appointment time and within 30 mimutes we had a deal. I left while the paperwork was preapred and the new truck made ready. Whe. I returned 2 hours later everything was ready. I signed paperwork and was on the road in an hour.

This is why I keep returning to Lou Fusz. No BS!!
