2019 Update: We have since purchased a Hybrid Camry from Lou Fusz. I do a lot of driving for work, and in less than a year have put a ton of miles on it--which means I've visited their service department several times. At the last appointment, Scott made sure to point out that we're going to hit 20,000 miles well before the service light will likely come on. As part of the Toyota Care program, they're not making any money by having me come in any earlier; Scott was genuinely ensuring that I would take the best care of our new car so that it'll last us long as our 2007 Corolla has. I'm continually pleased with the service we get!
2017: We've been going to Lou Fusz to service our Corolla for years, partly due to their rewards program. Although the rewards program is a big selling point for us, I've always had good experiences with their service department. They never try to upsell us, and fixed our brakes for free the one time we got a bad set. Overall, we've been very happy with our experiences here, and they will be our first stop once our 10 year old car bites the dust.
