I had been out car shopping for a couple of weeks and was feeling very frustrated. On a referral from Ron Hurst, my husband and I stopped in to Lou Fusz Toyoto where we were greeted by one of the nicest, most knowledgeable sales people we had ever met, Gene Gardner. We started out on the "used car" side where Gene answered all of my questions about a 2011 Rav 4 Limited and a Highlander that had caught my eye as well. After driving both of the vehicles, I was still undecided on what I really wanted. I started asking about the 2014 Rav 4's, in which Gene did some research for me. He ultimately walked across the street and brought back a 2014 for me to test drive. When I returned, I knew I had found what I was looking for. Gene walked us across the street where we met sales manager, Tom Capstick who helped work out the details. While we were sitting there, Christine from Allstate Insurance ask if she could quote us a price for our vehicles, which may I say, cut our insurance in HALF, and bing, bang, boom, it was done. Seriously, it was the best car buying experience we had ever had. By the time we left that evening, I felt like we had made many new friends! We will be referring many people to them.
