I just bought a new RAV4 from Lou Fusz. The salesman John Sanchez was great! He was extremely patient and knowledgeable; he helped me find the right car, showed me what the new features of RAV4 , and taught me how to use every function in the car. Without him, we couldn't buy our new car this weekend. Also, I appreciated what the financial manager Brian Summerville did for us, he did great job and take care of our concerns very seriously. The car is great, and the people we met even greater; we love the car, enjoyed the experience, and appreciated what John and Brian did.
