Scott Christensen was down to earth, honest, and extremely helpful and patient. We were there to buy two cars after a driver fell asleep at the wheel and totaled our two parked Toyotas on our street. Not a great way to have to meet Scott, but he was awesome and shared every option of car and financing possibility available for us to make the best decision for us.

I hope he's there in 20 years when it's time to buy our new Toyotas. I just hope it's under different circumstances next time!

I am so happy that I chose Lou Fusz to help me with my first brand new car purchase! Scott was my sales guy. He first spent a half hour on the phone with me while I asked him a ton of questions. I liked him right off the bat. I made an appointment with him later that afternoon to look at a car. In the meantime, I had called around to other dealerships to get different prices on the car I was interested in. It didn't take long for me to realize that I had picked the right place to make my purchase. All the other guys I had talked to on the phone from different places seemed hurried, seemed like they didn't want to talk to me and some of them wouldn't even give me prices over the phone. I loved the service here! After we sealed the deal, Scott showed me how to use all of my new features and basically how to operate my new Scion. I love Lou Fusz and I love my new car!

I have driven Toyota automobiles for decades and have loved them, named them and cared for them with the help of Lou Fusz. I was sad when I realized that my faithful 2001 Toyota Echo was not long for this world. Although I hoped to drive it to 300,000 miles, it began to show some serious issues at 263,000 miles and maybe I could keep driving it... maybe there would be a major problem. But now being retired for a few years, I'm looking not so much for a new car, but a good solid car that fits my much lower retired budget. I'd never really dealt with Lou Fusz's used cars (previously owned) vehicles but I trusted the name and went in to see if they might have what I wanted in a "previously owned" vehicle. I talked to a wonderful agent (Don Cole) who took the time to feel the pain of my pending loss and we worked together to see exactly what I would want in a car. We measured cars because I have a small garage. We talked about my need for manual transmission, good gas mileage and what I actually use the car for. Within one day, Don called me about a car that had just hit their lot and it sounded like the perfect car for me... but he and I knew that if it wasn't, I was sure I could keep driving my Echo for some time... I just needed his help. As it worked out, the car was perfect, the deal was reasonable and I found a new friend in Don Cole that I could trust and would help me in any way he could. I really can't say enough about these guys - they really care about what I need... not about sales quotas.

My daughter brought her Camry to Lou Fuss for State Inspection and oil change. As usual, Warren was very helpful in explaining to her the reasons why it did not pass Inspection and how to take care of it. It should be noted that every one of the service reps have also been honest and ethical in all of our experiences with them in the 30 plus years we have been buying cars and servicing them with Lou Fusz. We two clueless ladies count on that honesty to keep our cars in great shape.

The garage attendant welcomed me and told me to follow him to the service area. The customer serviceman, Warren, welcomed me. He went over what service items had been performed previously on my vehicle and what could be done. When he needed to step away from his computer for a moment, he told me where he was going and why. Since I was waiting for my car, he directed me to the waiting area. I liked having coffee and cookies available. The service to my vehicle was done in a reasonable amount of time. When my car was ready, Warren came to the waiting area to tell me. My car was washed which was a nice touch.

Eric Gustafson was knowledgeable on the various trims and options on the 2016 Camry. He was very easy to work with and he made my wife and I feel comfortable from start to finish (test drives, negotiations, closing the deal to driving my brand new XSE off the lot). Nathan Pitchford (GSM) was also instrumental on keeping this sale with the Lou Fusz team (where my wife already purchased her 2013 Rav4). I just bought a 2013 Toyota RAV4 from Lou Fusz with my parent's help. Since it was my first car, I was clueless and a little nervous about the process. Patrick McLafferty was a knowledgeable salesperson and made us feel comfortable with Lou Fusz. Since Patrick's wife had a baby in the middle of our sales cycle, we also worked with the sales manager, Dan Bozzay, as well as Scott Christensen, Patrick's colleague. They were also professional and worked well with us during the back end of the process. Finally, we thought Jimmy Conaway's "technical support" at the end was great. I enjoyed learning about the highlights and details of my new car.

I went in for routine maintenance. The staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. My service advisor was Scott Gryzmala. He was excellent -- he made sure I understood what was being done with my vehicle and how long I should expect to wait. The wait time was much shorter than I anticipated, which was much appreciated since I have a busy schedule. The price was reasonable and the staff members made it an enjoyable experience.

I bought my Camry elsewhere but have had the routine service performed here for the last three and a half years. The staff is very professional and helpful. The service is typically done in a reasonable amount of time and has been much better since they began taking appointments. They have free WiFi and a nice waiting area, so I don't mind sticking around while the service is performed. I would definitely recommend the service department to others.

I have had a delightful experience with my car service recently. I was served by Colin Schwartz who was very thorough in reviewing what was needed. I also explained that I was concerned about the scuff plate that was cracking. He agreed that it was a problem, but covered by my warranty. He ordered the part which arrived several days later.
He made a copy of my bill so I could send it along for a coupon that will go towards my next oil change.
I received car wash coupons for each of my visits.

He followed-up with email and phone and was quick to recommend an alternate when I changed purchase direction. He was quick to supply the information I needed. He made time to meet my schedule. When it came time to talk deals, he was through, responsive and immediately offered the best overall package. The closing was quick and efficient. I am very satisfied with the deal, the car, and the new relationship with Lou Fusz Toyota.

I loved the no-pressure experience at Lou Fusz. My husband and I do not like to be pushed and we absolutely hate to be manipulated. Unfortunately, that happens often when you buy a car. We went in first to Lou Fusz and worked with James Chestnut. We really liked him and decided that we would end up buying a car with him.

However, when we heard about the Costco buying program, the price was attractive to us and so we contacted the dealer they authorized, which was anther dealership. We had to go there and test drive the vehicle we were interested in. They lied to us, manipulated us and rushed us along into putting down a deposit so that they could do a dealer trade for the car we wanted. They tried to take twice as much of a deposit without asking us. That is inexcusable. So was the fact that they tried to intimidate me because I was the woman. They made fun of me changing my mind on color when they had only given me a minute to make up my mind on the first place.

When we talked to James again, he said they would match the price. So awesome. They are great to work with for this reason. The other dealership pitched a fit and threatened to hold our "refundable" deposit and not refund it. Brian, a manager, offered to make it up to us. We did not take him up on this offer since we didn't feel it needed to go that far, but we so appreciated that they would be willing to undo someone else's bad mistakes.

They never pressured us and were only courteous on the phone. In fact, they were able to tell how freaked out I was when they asked for a deposit on the car and they were willing to work with me. We ended up having a great buying experience, love, LOVE our 4Runner and we enjoyed working with James every minute. No pressure, never any manipulation and he never treated me like a fickle woman with fluff in my head.

The team at Lou Fusz worked with us to make sure we would go back there again and we definitely will! During the loan and paperwork process, the person we worked with found us a lower-rate loan and didn't manipulate us into any of the service contracts or warranties. We were happy leaving because we had been given the space to make all of our own decisions

I met Mark Kleve as soon as I shut the door of my '01 Honda Civic, which I had purchased from the dealer several years ago. He introduced himself and began the process that lead to a decision to buy another Civic, this time an '02, practically identical to the first, except it was a 2-door. In between I had the best car buying experience of my life, seriously. Mark was always upbeat, enthusiastic and completely transparent throughout the entire transaction, keeping me in the loop, explaining the attributes of the car one by one slowly and surely guiding me to the choice that was the only one that made sense for me and answered the question: is this the right car for me? The aspect that impressed me the most was the simple fact of respect for me as a prospective buyer; no BS, no bait and switch, no "don't you want to add this?" He even agreed to knock $500 off the asking price when he did not have to, the car was worth every penny. I got the best deal for the right car at the right place and the right time. I could not be more satisfied, period. I am very happy I decided to stop by before heading out to the other dealer, which is where I originally intended to go. It was meant to be.

I had a very nice experience with Lou Fusz Toyota on Monday, Oct. 5, 2015. I have been a Toyota owner over 20 years, decided to purchase a 2015 Subaru in 2014. Had several problems with the new Subaru, which I never had with Toyota. I decided that I wanted to go back to Toyota, after not getting the problem solved with Subaru. Before, I purchased my new 2015 Toyota Rav4 Limited with Lou Fusz Toyota, I called many Toyota's dealerships, from North Carolina, Illinois, and Indiana. Lou Fusz was able to beat everyone's price. Matter of fact, I had an auto mechanic tell me that I would not get a good deal and be treated well by Lou Fusz Toyota. I am so glad that I did not listen to him. I was treated with respect and kindness, because as a woman, sometimes we are not given the respect we deserve as car buyers. Daniel Burrow was my salesman, he was very kind, very helpful, patience, and made sure that I got a fair deal.
Once, I bought the car, Daniel spend over an hour helping me to understand everything about my new car. I never had a salesman show such concern for his customer. Another thing, I would like to mention about the sales staff; one of the customers was using inappropriate language, and one of the salesman came over to apologize for the foul language that the customer was using. I really appreciate the concern that the staff at Lou Fusz Toyota has towards their customers.

This was the worst place to go , we went on going for 3 days to get a Toyota corolla and the person Rusty Bushman was helping us and said it will be done now and going on saying this for 2 days and final said your car is ready to delivery around 2nd day evening 3.30 pm and came with a thing saying you cant buy the car but you can lease the car. where as we had a approval to buy new car we did not had any interest in leasing a car. so it took him to say this 2 days . but still i don't understand he was giving a false hope saying your delivery will be in 10 min for 2 days . i really hate to go back to this place or i will never recommend this place to my friends.

This was genuine help. She found out what I wanted and provided me with an opportunity to purchase the vehicle of my choice. She invited me in for a test drive with no pressure. At the dealership George Hobbs picked up right where Chelsea left off. He did not require repetition of my interest, and demonstrated the features of the vehicle with alacrity. He allowed to the car and its performance to 'sell itself'. And from e-mail inquiry to driving home is a new car was 5 hours, not the multiple trips back and forth with multiple considerations.

Just purchased my 7th Toyota last night, my third purchase from Lou Fusz. My salesman last night was Jeff Bohnert, he made the entire process easy and painless!
The Lou Fusz internet department sales person Sarah Monroy got back to me very quickly, and then set up a test drive on the car I was interested in. She then sent my information to Jeff Bohnert and when I got there he had the car ready for my test drive. He was very informative about all the features of the car, and was patient with me while I was looking it over and making my decision. He helped get me a fair price for my trade in, and even stayed almost two hours late after his shift ended to make sure that our car was clean, gassed up and ready for our delivery.

Even the Finance Manager Bill Miller went over and above to help us figure out all the variations of warranties and Fusz packages they offered and once again, was patient and never pushy, I never felt that I was being rushed.

The entire process from the time I got there to the time I drove off only took 3 hours, and that included me filling out the credit application and Lou Fusz running our credit thru several companies to help us get the best rate that we could get.

If you are looking at a new or pre owned car, I would highly recommend the team at Lou Fusz!

Very positive experience. My salesman Emmanuel Alcasabas was amazing to deal with. He answered any questions I had but did not force the sale. Making the decision to purchase a vehicle is stressful enough, and the added factor of the pushy salesman can be very unpleasant.
But Emmanuel had a perfect balance of answering questions and providing information while knowing when to step back and allow us to look at the vehicle and think/process the decision. This provided an environment conducive to us making a definite decision to purchase the vehicle with confidence, rather than doubt due to us feeling pressured.
The vehicle I purchased required service before it was ready to be picked up. Emmanuel's communication was excellent; keeping us in the loop and never having to wonder what was going on.
We had to wait three weeks for the vehicle.... And did so happily with no complaints thanks to the overall experience in how Emmanuel Alcasabas does business.

I shopped online and found a vehicle I wanted. Mark Kleve, the sales consultant, emailed me a video describing some of the features soon after I requested more information online. Prior to arriving at the dealership, I researched market values for this type of vehicle. I was already nervous about having to negotiate on my own for the first time so I wanted to be prepared.

When I arrived, with my friend, Mark was professional and knowledgeable. Everything was thoroughly explained, he did not pressure me for a sale, and I was given status updates throughout the entire process. Although it was helpful having market values to refer back to during negotiation, I still had to consider the truck I was trading in as well as a repair the dealership would take care of. Mark helped me see the deal as a whole so when we agreed on a final offer I felt comfortable and confident with it.

After signing papers for my new vehicle, Travis Burch, the Finance Manager, explained the extra amenities and extended warranty. I found him to be personable and again there was no pressure to purchase any extras.

After the financial part was complete, I shook hands with Travis and Mark. I started to walk over to my friend sitting in the waiting area. Mark walked over there with me specifically to say goodbye to her as well. I was really impressed by that.
