We had a smooth, efficient experience which ended in our driving away in exactly the car I wanted and we accomplished it all with the help of Jim Donohue and Scott Christensen and Donny in Finance. Jim even treated us to lunch as they were doing Toys for Tots fundraising. We are happy campers!
