Rob Youngclaus was FANTASTIC to work with when we purchased a car from Lou Fusz. We really did go in to just look at a car and a few hours later pulled off the lot with it, but not because we were pressured, but because the process was really THAT easy. Rob knew what we were looking for and met all of our requests with no problem. Lou Fusz is officially the only dealership I'll go to from now on!
