Best car buying experience I ve ever had! I love my new Volkswagen Jetta and I am thoroughly impressed with the team of people that I dealt with from start to finish. I initially spoke to the manager, Jeff Strum, about the car on Wednesday and he was super nice and gladly & quickly answered all my questions. I told him I was serious about the car but couldn t make it into the dealership until Friday which he said he wouldn t be there, but held the car for me & set me up an appointment with Mark Kleve. Who was also awesome! Mark went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable from the time I walked in to the dealership to the time I drove off in my car! It was overall a great experience. Everyone I met was laid back, friendly & very welcoming. I was never once pressured (which is very important to me as a buyer!) And lastly, but not least, as much as I loved the car, it was slightly out of my budget so I made an offer. Jeff approved it & within 10 minutes Mark came and shook my hand & congratulated me on my new car!!

My Satisfaction with the whole experience from A to Z was their number one priority and it showed! Great team of people & excellent customer service. I highly recommend putting them at the top of your dealer list. You won t leave disappointed!! ... They won t let you! They make sure you are comfortable about your decision & over the moon about your new purchase when you leave!
