Service was excellent from start to finish. We made the appointment on line and it was confirmed within an hour. The morning of the appointment the appointment was reconfirmed. We got there, told the concierge who we had an appointment with. The person we had an appointment with could not help us but he immediately referred us to Thomas Homewood. Thomas was very attentive, enthusiastic and creative in assisting us. He showed us all the options of the vehicle we were looking at and was knowledgeable about the vehicles and the products Lexus offers. He definitely put the customer (us) first with no pressure. It was a pleasure dealing with Thomas today.
