I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2016 RX-350 from Lexus on the Park. I had been in contact with this dealership for a year and gave them my specs with respect to what I was looking for. Abid (service manager) was nice enough to call me several months later to tell me that a car that matched my specs had arrived from a lease trade-in. He had kept an eye out for me for months and had found the exact car that I was looking for! I came into the dealership the next day to secure a used car finance rate that was on special that weekend. I was introduced to Zafer (used car sales manager) who walked me through the car specs and finance rates. Zafer then set me up with Sam (finance manager) who filled out a credit application with me and briefed me on what the extended warranty options were. They were all very professional. Once the car had been certified, I came back to the dealership to take it for a final test drive to ensure that it was all to my liking. I was amazed at all the work that was put into the car to ensure that it was certified according to the highest of Lexus standards. I was very pleased with the car. A few days later when picking up the car, I was transferred over to Sherriann who went through all the final paperwork to ensure that everything was in order when picking up the vehicle. Finally, I dealt with Christine who walked me through all the workings of the car as this was my first experience in a Lexus.
I have to say I was extremely pleased with the level of service from the moment Abid alerted me on the car and set me up with all the appropriate personnel (Zafer, Sam, Sherriann and Christine).
I would highly recommend purchasing another vehicle, particularly from Lexus on the Park. Thank you to all the staff there for making my first experience in a Lexus an amazing one indeed!
