I picked up my new IS 300 one week ago and am absolutely loving it. I drove several BMW's over 8 years and wasn't sure if I wanted to change over to a Lexus; however, the excellent salesmanship of Haskell Beale won me over to Lexus. I met with him several times to test drive and obtain information about the cars, and on the third visit I signed the contract. Haskell's detailed explanations about the cars, his thorough response to my questions, his patience, and respectful manner were exceptional. If he wasn't there, I would meet with Larry Danzinger, who also ensured that I was well looked after. In fact, everyone with whom I came in contact with provided a kind and attentive approach. This included Ali, Stephanie, and Kathryn. Lastly, I met with Josie Allen when I picked up my car, who provided me with a thorough orientation to the car, and ensured that I knew I could call upon her at anytime. She was lovely to deal with. I had a wonderful experience at Lexus on The Park and I am looking forward to collaborating with the Service Department as I have heard that they provide a welcoming and exceptional service also.
