My recent service visit exceeded even my own expectations. One of the reasons is the level of customer care extended by Abid, Kevin Fam and Stephen De Castro who is also courteous, positive, attentive and proactive in dealing with his customers. While there is an entire team that stands behind that contributes to the consistent experience service, parts and sale.
it is the level of engagement that keeps me coming back to Lexus on the park. Lexus makes quality cars but it is the professional that stand behind the product that makes the experience so great. i would like to acknowledge Warren Luong and victor for servicing my vehicle.
It was the follow up phone call after the service to acknowledge I was 100% satisfied.
