I found the experience of my car purchase with the salesman Marc Lasorsa to be very professional & patient in answering questions & accommodating my specific needs. All aspects of the sale were handled in a friendly, service oriented manner by all personnel. Renee provided a tutorial with enough practical information in an intro. with an open invitation to provide additional assistance in future. I would recommend Marc & the dealership without hesitation, to anyone thinking about a car purchase .P.S. I love driving my RC300 & am overwhelmed by all the subsequent, positive, compliments that have resulted! Kudos to the owner & all the staff.!
