We had a great experience at Lexus on the Park. Our sales rep John guided us through the entire process, answering all of our questions and pointing out important things we hadn't considered. We really felt taken care of, with our needs being the priority - and we never felt pushed to make a decision we weren't ready for. He also did a great job of helping us get the most out of the features on our car - even setup our Bluetooth for us!
The only downside is that traffic can be atrocious, but the wonderful service and the beautiful scenery makes it easier to handle!
