Recently purchased a new 2018 NX300 base model on lease from here and I have to say that the experience here was of high standard with no hassle.

My sales agent was Stephen and he took me on an extensive test drive, while introducing me to all the features of this new model. He then helped list out all the payment options for financing and helped me make an well-informed decision.

The leasing application took 2 days to complete because of my residency status but it was not something I didn't expect.

And finally, when I got there to pick up my new car, the paperwork was done in a welcoming and easy way. And delivery specialist Rene spent almost 40 minutes trying to introduce me to the various functions/features of the vehicle, and even helped me set up an emergency assistance account on phone.

All in all, I have to say that the entire purchasing experience here is fantastic. You won't feel being pressured in any way, and since it is year-end time, the price I got was really reasonable. All the agents here act in a warm and professional way and I think this dealership really earns its high reputation through such efforts.
