During the December 2013 ice storm we had a tree branch damage the front end of our 350. I contacted the Lexus Inn on the Park Service Department. They immediately offered same day towing of our vehicle or shuttle service to/from the dealership. Upon arrival at the dealership, there was a spotless rental car available with documents available for signature. They interacted with the insurance policy and kept me regularly update on the progress of our repair. The repair was completed on schedule and when I picked up our 350, it was immaculate inside and out. Later that week I received two follow-up calls to ensure everything was running well. The staff I interacted with at the Inn on the Park are very friendly and extremely efficient. I would not hesitate in recommending this dealership to anyone!
