I am a new Lexus owner (purchased August 2013). On three different occasions that I have made appointments to bring my car in for servicing at Lexus on the Park, I have had to leave TWO voice messages before someone calls me back. Waiting over four days, then having to leave a second voice message, is absolutely poor business practice. In fact, on one of these occasions, I never did get a call back after leaving two voice messages. I actually called a third time and surprisingly someone answered the phone. I wonder if anyone cares if I decide to take my business elsewhere?
