Do yourself a favor - go to a different Lexus dealership
My sales rep, Connor, was great until we officially purchased the vehicle in July 2020. As part of the purchase agreement, I was to be provided winter tires and rims before November 2020. Connor would ignore my text messages, calls and take 2 weeks to respond to each of my emails. His responses would not provide me with any update, other than "We are working on it". By December, Connor sends me a text that he's ordering new tires and rims. Well I finally received the "new" rims, and they are rusted and peeling off. Image below is the "new" rims that I waited 5 months for. Thanks Lexus on the park, you fulfilled your end of the contract and treated a customer horribly. Special thanks out to Connor, who promised during the sales transaction to always be available, and ended up breaking that promise.
