My husband & I were both appreciative of the fact that our Sales Associate Tom H didn't give us the "hard sell" that we've had elsewhere in the past. Tom was very informative about our vehicle of choice and made the whole process a pleasure.
Delivery Specialist Christine N was so patient in setting up all the bells and whistles in the "cockpit". She answered my many questions very respectfully and didn't make me feel like I was technologically challenged...which I am ;)
