This has been by far the best car shopping experience I have ever had. Scott made our whole experience from start to finish amazing. He was straight up and honest about what to expect and never over promised. He painted a very realistic picture for me, listened to what my must haves were, what my concerns were and did the best he could with his team to put me into my current lexus. I can't say enough positive words about how painless and positive my experience has been thanks to Scott. When minor concerns arose during my pickup he went above and beyond to correct them and made me feel like a valued customer. He is honestly the best car sales person I've had the pleasure of dealing with. He is also very patient and trully cares about his customers. When my brother and I drove home after signing for my car we both couldn't believe how easy the process was and how awesome this Dealership and Scott were to work with. I definitely felt like I received the best service and welcome into the Lexus family. Everyone at this Dealership has been so welcoming and friendly. Thank you for making my first Lexus purchase something I didn't think was possible with a used car sale :) I hope Scott can receive the recognition he deserves because he trully knows how to put the customer first and make a positive lasting impression. He even checked in on me to see how I am enjoying my new car and if I had any concerns. That's the gold standard right there. Thank you again - Antonina
