Horrible customer service. Horrible sales rep and sales "manager". they will be rude to your face, and every deal they make is a "take it or leave it" situation. They don't care about what you're looking for. Steven Shao and his manager Anthony were the worst aggressive sales person i have ever met. Steven's constant sexist comments about women's driving and parking was insulting and degrading. Any time I would talk about prices, or making a deal, it had to be his way or no deal. The manager treated us the same way. They only care about how much they make and I know for a fact Steven gave better deals to other customers with his ethnicity as opposed to other races. I will never step foot into this dealership again. Thank goodness for other better locations. Downtown Lexus treats people as people and not as numbers.
