Fadi Zataar was my sales rep. The process of getting me into a new 2020 RX350L with a luxury package was one of the most streamline and hassle-free experiences. I'm never a fan of spending hours in the store, dealing with Fadi Zataar was stellar.

No pressure, saw a vehicle with specs I liked, made an appointment with Fadi, went in on Saturday with limited time to test drive. Talked about a few options, thanked Fadi for his time and would be in touch.

3 days later, called Fadi spoke for about 10 mins closed the deal and picked up the car a few days later.

This is the type of sales experience that I enjoy, no pressure from Fadi introducing me to the product, both parties agree to a reasonable economic exchange from the beginning and fast close.

Lexus on the Park has a great product selection and paired with their customer service and sales (Fadi Zataar); if Lexus continues to release exciting products my first stop for another Lexus will be with Fadi Zataar at Lexus on the Park.
