Very, very impressed! We live just under 2 hrs outside of Toronto and when we came in to pick up our 'new to us' car, the team we dealt with, and it truly was a team, were incredibly professional and considerate. We were trading in our current car with 2 sets of tires, however we were unable to fit all the tires in our trade in car along with a passenger to bring in with us. We were concerned that would be a problem but the team said not to worry, simply bring it the following week. When we arrived, the team greeted us and made the whole experience fantastic, right from the beginning. We especially enjoyed working with the used car manager Sean, who was very easy to talk to, and made the experience very pleasurable and Josie, who spent almost an hour with us going over all the details of our car, patiently answering all our questions and demonstrating tips and tricks right from the beginning. I will be recommending Lexus On The Park to all my family and friends.
