We recently bought our new Lexus from Lexus on the Park. We had heard good things about Lexus on the Park from a friend who had purchased a Lexus from them a couple of years ago.
We found the premises clean and calming and the Sales rep Sean was extremely polite and professional. He made us feel very comfortable. He took us for a test drive and explained the main features of the car on the drive and afterwards.
For closing we were taken to the sales Manager who was also very polite and helpful. When we went to collect the car which was ready for pick up as promised we were introduced to Josie Allen who very patiently introduced us to our new car and most of its controls till we said that the info she had given was enough. She told us that we could ask us for another session at our convenience. We found this info session very helpful.
On the whole we are very glad that we purchased our Lexus from Lexus on the park and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Luxury car.
