For several weeks I was on Carguru in search of a luxury vehicle until a Lexus Rx 350 caught my eye. The vehicle was located at Lexus on the Park and offered features that were amazing. I then sent an email requesting additional information and Mr. Fadi Zaatar responded by sending me all the information I wanted. In fact, he was able to answer some additional questions that popped into my head. I believed a week and a half passed before Mr.Zaarar reached out to see if I wanted to schedule an appointment to take the vehicle for a test drive. The appointment was made and I went in and took the vehicle for a drive. On the drive my budget was discussed and all the options were provided. During the entire process I felt relaxed and not pressured by Mr. Zaarar to make a deal. His professionalism and tack in dealing with the entire process was awesome. After receiving and leaving the dealership I realized they had forgotten to tint my windows. I immediately contacted Mr. Zaarar who was extremely apologetic and made arrangements for a rental car at no cost to me. After purchasing the vehicle a week had passed before Mr. Zaarar followed up by calling me to see how I liked the vehicle. I have purchase cars in the past and I cannot recall ever receiving a follow up phone call to see how I was enjoying my new vehicle. Thus far my experience dealing with Lexus on the Park and Mr. Zaarar was memorable and positive.
