Currently at your Lexus on the Park location! Very disappointed with the trickery by the service Advisor & Manager Abid Shivji. They assumed wanted new tires mounted on my rims, when I never authorized it. Pressuring me into doing more business here. I originally brought my car in for an oil change & tire repair, quote. Now, manager says it will take a while to put my rim back on. Dealer is not busy. I was never treated like this at Mercedes Midtown.
