Purchasing a used care can be dicey, but, not with Dave. He was the ultimate professional. He had all of the facts about the car with the documentation of original sale, maintenance, et.al at his fingertips. He answered every question I had before I got a chance to ask. He worked ethic is efficient and thus is effective. Laudible is he for how he manages all aspects of his job. He made me feel very comfortable. I just picked up my car on Thursday and have already referred him to a trusted friend!

Initially I had a pretty poor experience a couple of months ago when inventories were very low due to the factory shutdowns caused by COVID-19. Prices were high and dealers were very busy with the mass exodus out of NYC and people wanting cars. I was not in a rush and went back in November and purchased a car from Lenny Messina who was fabulous. I felt he was very knowledgeable and genuine, and I was given a very fair price with superior service. Noelle who does the finances was extremely pleasant and efficient at her job as well. Overall is was 5 stars and I highly recommend Lexus of Greenwich.

I have very low mileage on my Lexus because of a short commute but the maintenance light will come on due to time elapsing; made an appointment and brought it in today. I had a great first time leasing experience working with Steve Zinaman and the Lexus of Greenwich team. Steve was very knowledgeable about the product and walked me through in detail all the features of the IS250. He also took the time to discuss the numbers and leasing contract in detail which I appreciated. Overall, I would recommend the dealership and especially Steve.
Amazing people, amazing experience. You walk in to handshakes and being greeted by name by everyone there. I explained what I wanted and my price point and literally 72 hours later I drove off in my GS - shortly after being congratulated by Eric, Luis, Joe, and Terry who all contributed to my purchase (as well as two other folks I didn't even know). David Miller tried to sell me a certified GS-350 that he described on the phone as being "like new" I decided to see the car in person and was terribly disappointed: it was obvious that the car had been in some sort of accident, with the rear bumper having been replaced with a new one with fresh paint that did not match the rest of the vehicle, the wheels were scratched, car had numerous rock chips. When I brought this to his attention, he says "it's an used car". David Miller- thanks for making sure that I don't come back to your dealership, you can try to keep on treating customers like fools, and most customers are not the fools you think.
Love getting my car serviced here. They're always so nice and professional. Worth the drive as opposed to going to Mt. Kisco where the level of service and professionalism doesn't even come close.
Greenwich will always give me a loaner but if I decline they are more than happy to basically drive me around and pick me up.

We love working with Art Accurso!! He sold my husband and me Lexuses years ago and I just traded my GX in for a new one. I appreciate Lexus because the service at the dealership is always excellent and efficient, I have never had a problem with my car, and they hold their value for resale.
The great thing about Art is that he treats his customers like family, and I know that if we ever need anything he will be there. In fact, Art just came out to our house to help me figure out all the new technology on my new car.

Do not get your car serviced here (even the in-warranty service) - they refused to honor the warranty on a new tire I had replaced there. Additionally, imagine my surprise when I sent my car in for faulty tire to be fixed and instead of replacing the tire on warranty, they lied and wanted to sell me three remaining tires at only 5/32nd tread! The service advisor Edwin was condescending and rude - I am very disappointed by the experience here. Shocking to say the least for a premium brand such as Lexus.
I purchased a 2013 ES350 one year ago. Today my car has 90K and the transmission is shot. I should have k own better as the transmission was always a bit off but the dealer promised me it was the norm. Now I have a 5K repair on a car that is supposed to be the MOST reliable. I think Lexus of Greenwich was well aware and sold it anyway (judging by the old Carfax they made me sign (with no accident) when the up to date one on the day of purchase showed a prior accident).
These guys are slick, be very very careful. They will take advantage of you and tell you to take a hike if you have an issue

I currently leased an IS 250 F sport. Darren McNeill my sales consultant was incredibly knowledgeable on every aspect of the car and lease. He called me and even came in on his day off to make sure that all of the paper work was done prior to my arrival. It took a matter of less than one week to complete the deal. As I am a very busy person, he worked around my schedule and patiently answered all of my questions. I would have not leased a car if it had not been for the hard work of Darren. My wife and I recently purchased a new GX460 from Lexus of Greenwich in CT. The service provided by all the staff there was tremendous especially our sales person, Katie Koroleva. I would highly recommend if your in the market for a car to go to Greenwich and ask for Katie. We were looking at a bunch of cars the Audi Q7, Acura MDX, and a few others we eventually decided on the Lexus GX 460 because we loved the car but we really got a great vibe from all the staff at Lexus of Greenwich.
This is a highly professional organization. Sales manager Ross Lubell and salesman Lenny Messina handled my new vehicle purchase in a cordial, seamless manner. They identified the car quickly, discussed and agreed upon pricing cooperatively, closed the deal easily and made delivery to my home, all in less than twenty four hours. All of this was accomplished remotely, in video calls, texts and emails. I recommend Ross and Lenny, and the dealership, without reservation.

I have never had a more unpleasant experience. First the parking is horrible at the dealer. I went in through the service entrance since that is where the parking is. They had me walk though the live repair garage to get to the showroom(rad flags already, no sane dealer wants the massive liability of a person in the repair garage). I met with Lenny whom I had spoken with on the phone. I had been rather impressed by his honesty on the phone. This could not be farther from the truth in person. I tell him what I want in the model I want. I had questions about prices regarding a few dealer installed accessories and had asked the exact question three times. He couldn't be bothered to pickup the phone and call the parts department to see what the prices where. "Only the manager has those prices" was his excuse. Every other dealership had no problem with at least giving a ballpark figure if not the current price. He did not listen to what I wanted at all. He told me my build price off the Lexus website was wrong then showed myself "why" on his computer. Only problem was he displayed all the add on I told him I didn't want. He tries to tell me I have the get the moon roof if I get the comfort package. Wrong. That is not part of or a requirement of the comfort package. He goes on to say that I need to get the moon roof and premium package to add to resale value for the next person that owns the car. I very firmly told him I didn't care about what anyone else wants in the car but myself. I want essentially the lower featured base model with a few simple add-ons. His response was "Lexus doesn't typically do special orders." Wrong. If I can build it on the site then I can buy it. I told him I am looking to have the car for October and when I pick the dealer that I like best they can advise on which month I need to place the order to have it when I want. His response. " It doesn't work like that." Wrong again. He even reluctantly shook my hand after I thanked him for his time and wished him a good weekend. This was exactly the high pressure, not listen to the customer, nonsense I had thought would happen at this dealer, but had held off judgement just to fair. My first instinct was correct. The only thankful part is that Lenny taught myself where not to shop and where to tell people to avoid. I was informed by a source inside Lexus that this dealership was once the number one dealer in the country and had fallen far from grace since. That person was unfortunately correct.
I saw exactly what I was looking for on cargurus, Low mileage, older luxury sedan, great price. Only problem was the car was in Conneticut and I was in Pennsylvania. This dealership was wonderful. They gave me all the information I needed up front and there were no surprises when I arrived in CT to pick up the car. I am a skeptic and I was WOWWED by their courtesy and professionalism. Very, very happy with the dealership but most of all with my Lexus LS 460.

I called this dealership inquiring about a 2019 LX 570 car, and I was transferred to the sales department and spoke with Zeeshan Ahmad. After a couple of back and forth phone calls, we agreed on a price.
After the deal was made, I asked him to send me more pictures and that we were ready to move forward. After that, he never returned my calls or answered my messages.
The next day, I called him again and he didn t pick up, so I called a sales manager and she went to speak with him. Then, finally, they both called me back but started making excuses.
They said that we spoke about a different car (which is not even on their website) and then I asked them about the car we actually discussed and they demanded $10,000 more. Ah, I forgot to mention- Zeeshan introduced himself as the Vice President of the dealership.
For 7 long years I have been asking Lexus of Greenwich to remove me from their mailing list. I unsubscribe every time I get an email. I have spoken on the phone and over email, on a number of occasions, with their marketing coordinator and IT staff; each time they promise me it won't happen again, and a few months later I get another email. They continue to send me spam, I recommend that you do not give them your email address.
More troubling than the junk mail is their indifference to my requests. Since emailing them 2 month ago (most recent email) and posting on both Yelp and Google, I have been ignored. If this is how they treat customers with simple issues, I don't want to consider how they treat customers with maintenance or warranty issues.

I think it says something when you travel out of state to pickup your new car from Lexus of Greenwich. I had dealt with Terrence Smith solely through email & phone communication and it was a no-BS, hassle-free experience. I arrived on a Saturday afternoon JUST to look at and test drive the car I was interested in; Terrence even sent me a teaser picture of it all cleaned up, waiting my arrival. I had no intent of leaving with it that day - boy I was wrong. Within 24 hours of my first contact with Terrence, I was walking out of the dealership with a brand new car at an aggressive price, plus a fair trade-in deal.
The staff made it extremely easy and was very accommodating throughout the entire sales process. Price blew 5 other dealers out of the water. Everyone was knowledgeable, polite and experienced in their field. No pressure sales, personable, no bait & switch tactics. Would highly recommend and use them again!
I will admit it. I was comparison shopping. I contacted a few dealers, told them what I was looking for and asked them for a quote. Steve was different, he had a very calm demeanor and asked me questions the others had not. He responded very quickly and graciously. He gave us a quote that we were not even considering, and it ended up being the best plan for us. He was very understanding throughout the process, and there was no high pressure sale tactics. He just continued the communication and addressed our needs with flexibility and great ideas. I recommend him highly.
Carlos Villaverde was my salesman. His professionalism and fairness allowed me to feel comfortable purchasing this car. I took the train 2 hours from Kingston, Rhode Island to view the vehicle. The car - 2017 Lexus IS300 F Sport - was in absolutely spectacular condition for having 39,500 miles. The dealership itself is impressive. It features a 2 floor building. The first floor is a showroom and service area. The second floor features another showroom. The second floor is where I inspected the vehicle. Yes, I inspected the vehicle inside the dealership on the second floor. Did I mention it was down-pouring out? Carlos made sure the vehicle was inside the building, on the second floor for private viewing, and that the car was dry. Lexus of Greenwich clearly had the car professionally detailed AND waxed. It seriously appeared brand new. My whole experience at Lexus of Greenwich was unbelievable. Especially since I had put a deposit on the car before actually seeing it. I recommend this place to anyone who is debating their credibility. It truly is a great business to deal with. When I need my next car I will be traveling 2 hours again without question. EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT! As soon as you walk in the service department you are greeted with handshakes, everyone is always smiling. Everyone is super helpful, from the cashier's to the service advisor's to the manager! I will aways recommend my friends and family to this location. EVERYONE IS PROFESSIONAL and straight to the point. They don't beat around the bush about prices, there is no pressure, and they make sure you leave with a safe vehicle. If you schedule a pick up and delivery appointment they pick up your vehicle from pretty much anywhere, as long as your getting a service or repair done, I usually call at least 1 week in advance. I absolutely love this place and love the people, if you want great service this is the place ! Repairs and Services can be a bit pricey but nothing beats excellent customer service ! Everyone is honest and helpful. Clean environment, renovated and comfortable customer lounge. And complimentary car wash after every service even if you only get an oil change done! EXCELLENT PLACE! Better than any other Lexus dealership i've been too.

I was allowed to walk around freely without any interruptions. I found that I was interested in a car model in which I had asked Serena for assistance. She then introduced me to Art Accurso. I found after talking Art Accurso, for a while, I had felt that like we were old friends. Art did not apply any pressure or use any classic car dealer lines. He was more concerned about my interest and my driving experience with this car than to purchase this car. Art was patient with me I was not rushed into anything and he is very knowledgeable about this car. We had gone on a test drive and explained the features of the car and I was greatly impressed with the handling of this Es 350 Lexus. Art had allowed me to make the decision for purchasing this car without any pressure from him I had met Bob Katz and he explained all the protection plans and options in simple language and was knowledgeable to answer all my questions. As I was waiting for some further information John Annunziato (Sales Manager) introduced himself to me and congratulated me on the purchase of this car and offered any assistance to me. I decided to change to the RX350 and was very clear with the various dealers - provide me with your best and final price up front - that I have little patience or time to "negotiate" with multiple dealers.
Dave Sturm got the ball rolling after my internet inquiry with Greenwich by presenting a very competitive price. Dave referred me to John Annunziatio - who introduced me to Steven Zinaman, one of the salesman in the office. Steve reviewed the correspondence and, working with Ched, made the deal happen almost immediately. Bob Katz and Ched dealt with the paperwork which was pain free and fast. Because there were two different types of "black" RX350s, Steve insisted on taking me to the Lexus lot to show the difference between the two. The loaner drop-off when service is required is an added bonus.
Because my wife and I were going out of town the following day, the team got the car prepped and ready for pick-up the very next day. That's right - a one day turn-around (prep, plates transfer, insurance, etc.). All seamless to us. When we picked up the car, Steve did not go through the options and electronics in five minutes as many salesmen do after a deal has been closed. Rather, he spent a full hour going through all the systems, making certain that my wife was comfortable with each before we left the showroom. He is to be applauded.
Overall, a fabulous experience. This may very well be a function Lexus of Greenwich is a smaller dealership, whose differentiator is the provision of a quality and professional experience. They have a new customer.

I had been trying to trade my vehicle in for a little over year and I had truly given up. Although my car was everything I needed it wasn t gas efficient so I wanted something better. Last week I went with my girlfriend to Lexus of Greenwich to return her old lease and get her a new car. In 2009 I went to a local Lexus dealer and as it turned out I was invisible. For about 20 minutes i was in the showroom and no one asked me if I wanted assistance. I got back in my car and drove down to Greenwich to Lexus of Greenwich, got out of my car and within 40 seconds I was approached and asked if they could help me. No longer invisible, I bought a car from them.
