Don't bother trying to contact these people via email (their website) or FB. No one responds ! I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle. I guess they don't need the business. Poor service at best !!
There is limited parking. If you plan on entering the location for even 30 seconds, they take your car keys and move your car all over lot as an inconvenience to you.
I want to take this opportunity to thank Ross,Tom, Kevin, and lexus of Greenwich for a very pleasant business experience! You guys made the impossible, possible for my new lexus UX250h. They truly make the whole buying a car experience less stressful and satisfying, and im coming from all the way from New Jersey. I have been working with Lexus of Greenwich since early 2011. I just leased my 5th car from them. The showroom is spectacular ~ especially after their recent renovation. The Staff is super friendly and knowledgable. This go around I worked with Ross (Manager), Lenny (Sales Consultant) and Noelle (Financial Services Consultant). I could not have had a better experience. I also want to commend their Service Team and Rob in the Body Shop all of whom I have worked with over the years. I have always been treated like family by the whole team. And the Lexus vehicles are top notch. An all around great experience. I highly recommend Lexus of Greenwich.
On 11/21/18 I took my car, a Lexus RX300, to the Lexus of Greenwich service department. Over time the drive belts had stretched, and they would occasionally make a chirping sound for about 10 seconds when the car was first started. Usually this is a repair I would do myself, but I wasn't interested in working on my car outside in the cold weather. I was originally quoted about $215 plus tax to have the two drive belts replaced. ($165 for labor and about $50 for both belts) Later in the day, I received a call from Edwin in Lexus of Greenwich's service department. Edwin said that Lexus of Greenwich could not replace the two drive belts without replacing the alternator, because the bolts on the alternator were rusted stuck. Edwin said the replacement alternator would cost an additional $900. Immediately this sounded extremely fraudulent to me. I know my car very well. I usually do all of the maintenance and repairs on it myself. Additionally, I knew that I never had any issues with my alternator, or the bolts associated with it. I picked up my car from Lexus of Greenwich after opting not to have any repairs completed by them. I ended up completing the required repair myself with absolutely no need to replace, or even temporarily remove, the alternator. The bolts on the alternator were fine; I had no issues loosening or tightening them when I adjusted the belt tension. Lexus of Greenwich tried to scam me of $900 by making false statements about my vehicle's condition and the repairs needed. After this experience, I would never consider bringing my car to Lexus of Greenwich for any reason. I would strongly encourage everyone, NOT to go here.
I recently had a some difficulty registering my car in a new state after moving. Each time I went to the DMV they told me I needed "one more thing". In total frustration I called the dealership where I had purchased my car almost 2 years prior, Lexus of Greenwich to see if they could help me. Katerina sold me the car and I think she is the best salesperson I have ever met so we do keep in touch a bit. Katerina was not in when I called so I was connected with Darren. GREAT TEAM SPIRIT. Darren understood my plight and made it his mission to help in Katerina's absence. He made several calls in different directions and coordinated with my insurance company to get the registration transfer done immediately. When Katerina was back in the office she seamlessly picked up to finish the favor right down to changing my plates for me! This is true service. Very grateful to both!
I also had just had my car in for service and the service team is great too, I just wish the cost of the tune up was not so brutally high. Still, great service people to work with. Thank you all.

I worked with Art Accurso and his manager Ross Lubell on my end lease agreement. Art was ready for me at my scheduled appointment time. He was friendly and understanding of my needs. He knew my preferences and made sure there was a vehicle available for me to see and test drive. Ross Lubell worked with us to ensure my needs were understood and met financially. There was no pressure, only understanding.

Beautiful dealership. The inside and atmosphere is very clean. The waiting area has comfortable chairs and is a relaxing environment. There's free coffee and snacks while you wait, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
If I could give this dealership a 0 I would. I purchased my car from them about a year ago. A couple months later I got a call from my lender wondering about the title. Lexus of Greenwich had messed up the title, they forgot to put the lenders name on it. All they had to do was get a new title with the lender on it, the sales manager told me to send him the title and he would take care of it. A couple months later,
after I thought everything was taken care of. I got a call from my lender again about the same issue. I tried contacting Lexus of Greenwich again but I kept getting passed around not being able to speak to anyone about the issue. I felt like I was being ignored and not helped at all by anyone. Then I found out there was a new sales manager, who later told my husband he would have it taken care of. He had assured my husband it would get done, that was back in July. Today, my lender called again. They still haven't received the new corrected title! Because of this my account can become an unsecured loan which means they can bring my interest rate to 18%! This could have been avoided if Lexus of Greenwich would have done their job properly, or even attempted to fix their mistake. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with how this dealership handles their customer service. I will absolutely never do any future business with them.

A great place to purchase a car. I looked at several places before going to this location and I have to admit this place really will work with you and find the right car for a great price. Josh Garcia was helping us every step of the way, a great guy and an excellent customer service. It was my first car buying experience and I really appreciate his effort and dealership's honesty about not having any hidden fees. I will recommend this place to anyone.
The Sales Manager, at Lexus of Greenwich, Ross Lubell, was an excellent & experienced person to deal with & Lenny Messina, my Sales person, whom I have worked with for many years, is very knowledgeable & made my purchase of the RX350 perfect! My lease was up and i was nervous about being able to get a new vehicle. I went with the thought that i would leave empty handed and disappointed. Upon entry I was greeted by staff and I requested to see Dave Miller whom I ve previously conversed with. Dave immediately began to work with me. With my set budget in mind we began to look for vehicles and none would fit. Seeing my disappointment Dave reassured me that the team would do everything possible to help me get the car I both wanted and needed. He really wasn t lying!
Dave brought in Melvin Abreu and Robert Sorensen, and honestly as I saw them speaking in a group I grew nervous. Little did I know that they were regrouping to discuss the necessary steps to make my dreams happen. I had my heart set on an NX I saw online. Dave had me complete the application and had me speak to Robert. Upon hearing the numbers i grew disappointed and told him I couldn t do it. So i walked out and was ready to leave when Melvin literally came out to look for me and told me not to leave. He told me to go have lunch with my family and come back, that we could work things out.
Upon my return, feeling a bit refreshed I came back and that s when it happened. The dream team as I call them to myself made it happen, at the price I had in mind, and the car I definitely wanted! They didn t see it but I went to the bathroom quickly to shed some tears of joy. I left that place in my Eminent White Pearl Lexus NX 200 equipped with the luxury package and a giant smile on my face as well as my families faces! They treated me like family and i will forever be grateful!
My boyfriend and I loved the way they treated us so much, that we went back four days later to purchase his vehicle but that s another story! Ha ha. That location, but specifically that team, is phenomenal and I would recommend them to everyone and anyone I know!
Steve Zinaman was patient and thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to help us test drive multiple vehicles and explained in details the functions of all the gadgets in the vehicle. Michael Maresca (the new pre-own manager) was also a pleasure to work with. He was honest and upfront that the dealership was for profit but was also there to give us a good deal. Both Steve and Mike provided a relax and stress free process. Great team!
