I had been trying to trade my vehicle in for a little over year and I had truly given up. Although my car was everything I needed it wasn t gas efficient so I wanted something better. Last week I went with my girlfriend to Lexus of Greenwich to return her old lease and get her a new car. I knew she went in with some issues but the team was able to get her the car that she needed and wanted. After I discussed some numbers with the team she got a deal she couldn t refuse. Seeing this I decided to take my vehicle in that following Wednesday to see what they could do for me.

Once I arrived staff greeted me politely and I went to see Melvin Abreu who is an excellent manager. His high energy and involvement made me feel comfortable with my purchase. He was very informative, and has amazing customer service skills. Not only did he work with me to obtain the vehicle I wanted, he stayed way past closing time to finish my process.
