EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT! As soon as you walk in the service department you are greeted with handshakes, everyone is always smiling. Everyone is super helpful, from the cashier's to the service advisor's to the manager! I will aways recommend my friends and family to this location. EVERYONE IS PROFESSIONAL and straight to the point. They don't beat around the bush about prices, there is no pressure, and they make sure you leave with a safe vehicle. If you schedule a pick up and delivery appointment they pick up your vehicle from pretty much anywhere, as long as your getting a service or repair done, I usually call at least 1 week in advance. I absolutely love this place and love the people, if you want great service this is the place ! Repairs and Services can be a bit pricey but nothing beats excellent customer service ! Everyone is honest and helpful. Clean environment, renovated and comfortable customer lounge. And complimentary car wash after every service even if you only get an oil change done! EXCELLENT PLACE! Better than any other Lexus dealership i've been too.
