Carlos Villaverde was my salesman. His professionalism and fairness allowed me to feel comfortable purchasing this car. I took the train 2 hours from Kingston, Rhode Island to view the vehicle. The car - 2017 Lexus IS300 F Sport - was in absolutely spectacular condition for having 39,500 miles. The dealership itself is impressive. It features a 2 floor building. The first floor is a showroom and service area. The second floor features another showroom. The second floor is where I inspected the vehicle. Yes, I inspected the vehicle inside the dealership on the second floor. Did I mention it was down-pouring out? Carlos made sure the vehicle was inside the building, on the second floor for private viewing, and that the car was dry. Lexus of Greenwich clearly had the car professionally detailed AND waxed. It seriously appeared brand new. My whole experience at Lexus of Greenwich was unbelievable. Especially since I had put a deposit on the car before actually seeing it. I recommend this place to anyone who is debating their credibility. It truly is a great business to deal with. When I need my next car I will be traveling 2 hours again without question.
