I pulled into the customer parking area and received a friendly happy greeting from the valet person and directed me the sales area. I went into the show room and received a friendly and smiling greeting from Serena the receptionist/secretary.

I was allowed to walk around freely without any interruptions. I found that I was interested in a car model in which I had asked Serena for assistance. She then introduced me to Art Accurso. I found after talking Art Accurso, for a while, I had felt that like we were old friends. Art did not apply any pressure or use any classic car dealer lines. He was more concerned about my interest and my driving experience with this car than to purchase this car. Art was patient with me I was not rushed into anything and he is very knowledgeable about this car. We had gone on a test drive and explained the features of the car and I was greatly impressed with the handling of this Es 350 Lexus. Art had allowed me to make the decision for purchasing this car without any pressure from him
I had met Bob Katz and he explained all the protection plans and options in simple language and was knowledgeable to answer all my questions.
As I was waiting for some further information John Annunziato (Sales Manager) introduced himself to me and congratulated me on the purchase of this car and offered any assistance to me.
This dealership has a friendly and family atmosphere and I would recommend this wonderful group of people to anyone who would have an interest in purchasing a car.
