I called Lexus of Greenwich to start the process of leasing a new car. I have had 10 leases and this is the first time I leased a car without ever looking at others. Steve Zinaman listened to my needs, showed me my options and explained everything so thoroughly, patiently and easily in lay mans terms. I have never leased a car the first time I looked. Additionally, everyone made the process easy and looked to address any concerns I had immediately.
This is the best car I have ever had. I have become a Lexus Loyalist!
