This is a review for the pre-owned sales department:

David Miller tried to sell me a certified GS-350 that he described on the phone as being "like new" I decided to see the car in person and was terribly disappointed: it was obvious that the car had been in some sort of accident, with the rear bumper having been replaced with a new one with fresh paint that did not match the rest of the vehicle, the wheels were scratched, car had numerous rock chips. When I brought this to his attention, he says "it's an used car". David Miller- thanks for making sure that I don't come back to your dealership, you can try to keep on treating customers like fools, and most customers are not the fools you think.
