I currently leased an IS 250 F sport. Darren McNeill my sales consultant was incredibly knowledgeable on every aspect of the car and lease. He called me and even came in on his day off to make sure that all of the paper work was done prior to my arrival. It took a matter of less than one week to complete the deal. As I am a very busy person, he worked around my schedule and patiently answered all of my questions. I would have not leased a car if it had not been for the hard work of Darren. He is approachable, super caring, and extremely intelligent when it comes to cars and people.

Bob Katz was my financial representative that handled my financial paperwork. Bob was extremely nice and explained everything thoroughly. I had so many questions and Bob answered each and everyone very politely and explained it in a manner that I totally understood. I had many sheets of papers to sign and go through. Bob went through each and everyone of them explaining it to me.
It was painless!

Between Darren and Bob, I couldn't have asked for a better team! I was treated with such respect and class. I was always acknowledged the moment I stepped into the Lexus dealership by both of them.
