Fantastic experience working with Augie Scharron from the first phone call to the final handshake. Super professional and approachable. Didn't feel for one moment I was being sold anything!. Augie understood my initial concerns and handled them with confidence and keep his word on every final detail. Even all of the behind the scenes features such as reception, finance, and motor vehicle services were above excellent in service. I couldn't be happier about my decision to purchase my first Lexus from Lexus of Greenwich.
