Had my Lexus RX350 in for a recall and was offered a loaner car, the was going to take a little longer so Justin from service went out of his way to accommodate me. I was also greeted at the door to make my drop off and pickup very easy and was greatly appreciated. Justin called and followed through with me during the repair process so I was not inconvenienced at all. Thanks for your great service. Also the woman that greeted me were friendly and welcoming.
