Initially I had a pretty poor experience a couple of months ago when inventories were very low due to the factory shutdowns caused by COVID-19. Prices were high and dealers were very busy with the mass exodus out of NYC and people wanting cars.
I was not in a rush and went back in November and purchased a car from Lenny Messina who was fabulous. I felt he was very knowledgeable and genuine, and I was given a very fair price with superior service. Noelle who does the finances was extremely pleasant and efficient at her job as well. Overall is was 5 stars and I highly recommend Lexus of Greenwich.
