Rahul was exemplary throughout the process. I usually dread walking into dealerships in anticipation of the prolonged and unnecessary dragged negotiation process. However I have to say Rahul was straight forward, presented the deal in a clear and simple manner, walked me through the various options and most importantly did not deploy any unnecessary tricks to drag the process. Was in and out in under 2 hrs!
