We recently moved from Texas, just took the car to this particular dealership just to install plates and first thing they wanted was a $99.95 for the bracket that was already in the car trunk. When we contacted the salesperson in Texas and told them it's already in the trunk, they are like, we knew it but we thought it's not there. Then we ask for a car wash, it's a brand new car, they said since it's not bought from that dealership we have to pay. I wonder how they treat us when we take our car for service since it is the only one near me. 2019 ES350
