Brought in my new car to perform a couple recall services. I was told it would take 1 day to complete, yet it ended up taking 4 days. Upon getting my car back, I discovered that the driver side's lock stopped working properly, and I now have to fix what the technicians damaged. Their failure to deliver a service within a promised timeframe and apparent technical incompetence are extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
