Bought a 2009 is250 from this dealership and was told the front passenger seat worn look was repaired. After a few months the worn look was back. Then I was told by service it was just dyed to cover it up which was known as a temporary repair. I was told it was fixed and after bringing the vehicle back in for service they said to dye it again and charge me $95. Also, when I purchased the vehicle the finace manager tricked me into purchasing interior and exterior protection to reduce my bank interest rate which was a total lie as well. I asked many dealerships about this coupon issue and they said he just sold me $3k worth of worthless protection which interior didn't even cover the fake repair that lexus supposley said they did. I was trying to purchase a suv a week prior to bringing my is250 for service but sales never returned my call and i bought a suv from a different dealer. I am in shop for another vehicle and concord lexus wouldn't be a place I would return to get my vehicle after being tricked. The service department is great and helped me figure out that the worn seat issue was dyed and not repaired. They also tried speaking with the used car manager which he didn't give to much about. I used to bring my gs here for service...but they left my oil skid plate untied in...and it was drug when i got on the highway on a really bad rainy day..thats a whole seperate issue. Thanks lexus of concord...I used to be a lexus fan..
