2 1/2 hours to get an oil change even with an appointment.Really?It seems to me that the dealership is over booking its service department.When I had Toyotas and Hondas it was never over an hour with a booked appointment.

Please do yourself a favor: DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER. Do not fall in their trap. Do not buy their EXTENDED WARRANTY EVER . It's useless. It doesn't cover as they said so. They find a thousand ways to decline the coverage.

The first time we had our car serviced in Lexus Concord we didn t like the advisor that handled us. We felt like we are being rushed and he was trying to dismiss us quickly. He said they just had to reset the rear door and it s fine now. But as soon as we got home it started acting up again. We were so frustrated and didn t really wanna come back there, until we met Emily, she was very nice and accommodating from the time that we spoke over the phone to schedule our appointment up to the release of our car. She listens to our issues and made sure that it is properly address. She found out that a part of the door is malfunctioning and luckily it was still covered by the warranty. I highly recommend Emily as a service advisor. Thank you Emily!

First time customer at Lexus concord. I must say, the dealership was very clean, very friendly staff in service. The main reason for my great experience was due to Jeff Johnson . Professional, calm demeanor, & very straight forward. Service was fast! Got a couple things relieved on my car and picked it up today. Just a day before I leave the state. Definitely recommend this dealership for anything you need & will be coming back. Big thanks to Jeff!!!

worst experience ever I was dealing with a Salesman named Andy rude disrespectful I was looking to purchase a vehicle I was trying to pay in cash and trade my commute car they offered me $500 for my trade end and the $14,500 for the vehicle to purchase I told him I can donate the car and get a $1,000 for the car so I said forget about the trade-in give me the price total in cash comes back with 15,000 for the car so I told him it's the same thing you're not making a deal he said go by the car somewhere else as simple as that and now the car is

I was overall satisfied with my service. I was surprised that they had to keep car overnight. I have never had that happen. Since it was a holiday weekend, there was a chance that they would keep car till Tues.
Thankfully Brian got it back to me on Sat.
Was surprised that car was not vacuumed out.

I came here long time ago when I first bought my car in 2007 after a few service I knew I had to find other dealers to service my car. Anyway! I went back again to see if anything has changed? They gotten worse from when I made an appointment to getting my car back I had an appointment for 1:45pm on October 31 when checking in the guys said I m not in their system then he went around talk another guy. I told him I spoke to a lady who made my appointment he asked if I knew the lady names because they had two working there, Ok, I asked if they re going to take me otherwise I ll go somewhere else he said no problem we ll take you in. After service For 4 new tires and oil change. Took the car home I noticed all my tires are missing the valve caps I called Brian ( service adviser) and told him about the valve caps he told to come and pick it up. He gave the plastic valve caps for my metal valve caps.

Originally showed up to purchases a car that was already sold but got mislead to believe it was still there. After I arrived they offered me a different vehicle after negotiating we reached a deal. This is my first lexus so I wasn't familiar with the different options. They figured out my lack of knowledge and repeatedly lied to me about the vehicle options. I purchased the car in cash took it to a dealer near me to only figure out the vehicle isn't nav ready nor could I just get a navi upgrade. Notifed them about my findings and they continued to just be fake.

Called in my order for parts. They were in the Concord store the next day. The guy at the parts counter was very helpful and nice. I saw the LF-A on the showroom floor and spoke with the salesmen about it. Everyone was cheerful and helpful. The experience was better than expected. Wikipedia is correct in generalizing that Lexus maintains outstanding customer support.

Wonderful experience Farid helped me because Rocky who had helped me on a couple of previous visits wasn t available. I went out one evening to look at colors. Rocky helped us but my wife wanted to see it during the day. Came back and Rocky was busy so Frank helped us and he was gracious. Again got back with Rocky because we like the car. Missed an appointment to close deal because of emergency. Came in again and Farid hit it out of the park. I did a final test drive then we closed the deal. Waiting to pick up car once my bank sends them the money. Excited and Happy. 5 star. I was a returning customer and was treated like one.

I purchased two Lexus SUVs, one in 2018, and another this year (2020) from the concord location. My second dealing with this dealership is why I give it one star. The finance people are an extension of The sales person- I was sold a VSA maintenance agreement which I cancelled 6 days later. The contract details did not match what I was told and I decided it wasn t for me. I requested cancellation on 9/6, the representative who handled my financial account stated he would push the cancelation through once I signed the VSA cancel form. I signed this 9/7 and submitted it directly to him and my sales rep who sold me the car. I was then told it would take 6 weeks to see my refund. After 6 weeks, I contacted them to see status, they put me off on 6 different occasions through email. Each time, I was told it was in process and thank you for your patience . After my 6th attempt with email and phone, I found out that they didn t process my VSA refund request until 11/4. I now have to wait another 30days to see my $3500 refund. This is the worst customer service I ve experienced with two very expensive purchases. If customer service and support matter to you- the Concord dealership is not the right choice. I m concerned at what will happen through the longevity of my vehicle ownership life, I don t feel secured or like I would be taken care of if anything else were to come up. No more Lexus for me- I didn t get an opportunity to rate the service through customer service so sharing my experience on google.

Did this place get a new owner or perhaps new management? All the familiar faces are gone. The last two times we've been here, they tried to over-charge us and recommend services that were not yet needed or required according to the maintenance schedule. Today I was late picking up my children from school because my 2 hour oil change appointment took 5 hours. I left numerous messages for my adviser and finally heard back from him with 15 minutes until I needed to be at my kids' school. That is failing, Lexus of Concord.
Since when is there a charge us to rotate the tires that we bought from your dealership?
Our service adviser is admittedly "new," but doesn't know how to perform the most basic functions on your computer system (printing an estimate), doesn't return calls and is not what we have come to expect from your service department. I mentioned all of this to him, and he seemed like he could not care less. Lexus of Concord, you used to be so good. What happened?

Not sure what you call them, but the greeters when you first pull into the service dept. were not very friendly. I had an appt and was early but had to wait 15 minutes before my service advisor finally got to me. Ray was was very nice and efficient when he did, however was not able to provide me a ride to work. With that said, Lexus of Concord always does a great job servicing my car and it always come back clean and shiny.

The car wash after the service was mediocre, I guess you get what you pay for. My sales rep(Shane) was honest and very helpful, I appreciate that and will be back for that reason alone. Whoever processed my car put the temporary key ring through the leather case on my key fob, very disappointing to see, I will take that off next time I get my car serviced.

Very accommodating, quick, and good service. Can communicate by phone email or text when pick up is ready (text was really convenient). Great Customer service, Brian was great. A little expensive for a basic service. Didn t realize that just an oil change and inspection was $130 But this is my first service owning a Lexus. Would come back for the bigger services, would probably go somewhere cheaper for a basic oil change.

Bought a 2013 RX350 from Jeff. He was fantastic, worked with me for several months before purchase as I was trying to get my wife to decide between Lexus, BMW and Mercedes. After test driving all of them, she decided on the RX350 and Jeff made the process virtually painless. It took a few hours, but mainly that was because he was so thorough in covering the features in the car and how to use them. Then, Jeff followed up with phone calls over the next several months to ensure my wife was enjoying the car and getting the most out of it.
I'd buy another one from them and highly recommend them

Truthfully, this was one of the better experiences I've had with a car repair situation. I want to give a personal thanks to Nathan my service advisor. I was the victim of the attempted theft of my catalytic converter and was feeling anxious and somewhat violated. Nathan calmed me down and walked me through the process. I got my baby back yesterday and she's running great and I'm feeling just as great. Thanks again to the team at Lexus of Concord.

I explained to the salesman that my son and I were just coming from Concord BMW where they had a Lexus IS250 for $20000 stripped with no back up camera. The salesman turned us to the manager who went through his inventory and worked a great deal for my son for a 2015 IS250 loaded for $22, 700 plus taxes. Feels much better buying a Lexus from a Lexus dealership than buying a Lexus from a BMW dealership. Could have been five stars but car was not ready at time it was scheduled after prepping the Lexus.

Came in for diagnostics since my car seemed to have a battery issue - was running sluggish. ~179k miles, and knew it would need attention. Bill, my consultant shared the bad news, it would need a transmission - at a startling cost! More than the IS-350 2007 cars blue book value. It doesn t make sense to install it. Did the bear minimum of battery replacement.
In hindsight, might of made sense to get an outside estimate on a transmission- IF I wanted to go through that cycle. 13yrs, think it time for me to move on.

Waiting for a loaner car took the most time, given I had a 9am appt, it s just their peak period. My service person Bill was good- experienced.

I recommend to
ask a lot of questions you ll get a full picture of alternatives for decision making.

I had Lexus of Concord do a 15,000 mile service on my car. Service was done in a timely matter and car was returned sparkling clean. The waiting room is fully stocked with snacks and drinks, work areas and comfortable furniture. Our service advisor was very professional and gave us a total estimate of charges before the work was done. Definitely will return to this dealership for service.

I don t know why I gave Sacramento Fulton a chance and give them business when they didn t even care or was interested in my business at all.

I got my IS300 over 16 years ago and the service was great at Lexus of Concord. I didn t have to negotiate for a long time and they were all very nice. From the sale person to the IT guy who set up my phone to the car and showed me how to the navigation to the financial lady who did my paperwork. She explained everything and it went super quick.

My next car without a doubt, I will go straight to Lexus of Concord because the customer service is excellent.

I would recommend to everyone to stop there first before anywhere else.

My experience at Concord Lexus was very pleasant. This is the 3rd sedan that I have purchased at this dealership. Kenny Koeppel was very knowledgeable about the ES300H and a pleasure to work with. He took me around the lot showed me several cars, one of which I test drove, and never once pressured me to purchase. I contacted him the next day and purchased my dream car which he presented to me with a red bow on top. I absolutely love my new ES! Thank you Kenny!

I have bought all 3 of my cars now over the past 10 years at Lexus of Concord and can highly recommend them and Lexus. Samny Solomon was my salesman this time and he was very nice & patient & knowledgeable as i tried 3 different cars before finally choosing a beautiful blue 2013 GS350 with 32,000 miles. I am highly satisfied with my car, with Lexus and with Samny.

The $215 inspection it was more like 15 minutes inspection because my fog lights were checked green. But the fact of matter is my left fog light the entire set is missing due to accident recently
